Processing Time
Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on your location and selected shipping method.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number (if available).

Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at shop@alwaysandfurever.org within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
